About the Role
Join Maleda Tech as a Planning Project Coordinator supporting our enterprise client's Fraud & Safety Operations (FSO) Planning team. This dynamic team drives strategic planning and delivers roadmaps that effectively allocate resources to high-priority initiatives. As a Planning Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the FSO Product Library, maintaining an internal information hub, and leading various critical projects. Your work will directly contribute to strategic planning efforts that scale to meet both external customer needs and internal stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw):
- Create visual assemblies of products and operations briefs
 
- Develop effective performance illustrations using Airtable
 
- Incorporate shared service information
 
- Implement project management tools to build comprehensive visual resources
 
- Ensure your work becomes a key input for end-to-end risk traceability systems
 
 
- Manage the FSO Hub Internal Website:
* Serve as the primary administrator for this central information resource
* Ensure key data is effectively shared across departments
* Keep content updated and accessible to all relevant stakeholders
 
- Lead Multimedia Production:
* Create engaging videos and graphics for team recognitions
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through visual storytelling
* Develop compelling multimedia content for internal communications
 
- Support Strategic Planning:
* Contribute to continuous planning and annual planning efforts
* Help develop effective organizational roadmaps
* Drive the triage process for continuous planning requests
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent experience
 
- 3-5 years of professional experience
 
- Strong understanding of project management principles and effective tool usage
 
- Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Airtable (plus familiarity with Asana, Confluence, Jira)
 
- Expert-level skills with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including formula automation
 
- Experience with multimedia and video editing software
 
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholder groups
 
- Familiarity with communication tools including Slack, Gmail, and Zoom
 
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
 
- Proactive approach and eagerness to take on responsibilities
 
Key Details
- Contract Duration: 3-month assignment (November 2025 - February 2026)
 
- Location: Remote (US-based)
 
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
 
- Pay Rate Range: $37 - $42 per hour
 
- Work Arrangement: Remote position with occasional office visits or offsites as needed
