    Summary

    We are currently looking for Planning Support Specialist. The Planning Support Specialist is expected to independently manage the flow of batching records and provide real-time visibility into daily batching and production activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and locations to ensure schedule adherence.

    Responsiblities

    - Day-to-Day Performance Expectations

    • Sign out all batching records accurately and on time in alignment with the daily schedule
    • Maintain full accountability and traceability of all batch documentation
    • Monitor live batching and production activity and proactively identify delays or risks
    • Ensure production jobs are prepared and released according to standard timing (e.g., next-day production following batching)
    • Communicate real-time updates to planning and operations leadership
    • Operational Awareness
    • Other duties as assigned

    - Maintain a clear understanding of:

    • Active batches in progress
    • Completed vs. pending batch records
    • Production line status and readiness

    - Recognize and Report:

    • Bottlenecks in batching or production
    • Missed or at-risk deadlines (including time-sensitive products)

    - Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to:

    • Planning leadership

    • Batching, Production, and Warehouse teams

    • Maintain professional, direct communication across departments

    - Accuracy & Compliance

    • Ensure 100% accuracy in batch record issuance and tracking
    • Follow all internal procedures and documentation standards
    • Maintain audit-ready records at all times

    Position Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous manufacturing, warehouse and office experience- Preferred.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (Syteline) or similar inventory tracking.
    • Excellent attendance is a must.
