They are seeking a Plant Controller to join the accounting team at the company's Bowling Green facility. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in manufacturing or cost accounting, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to partner closely with operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze plant-level financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Support month-end close and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Work closely with a small team of plant accountants to maintain reliable records.
• Assist with process improvements and provide accounting support for plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of professional accounting experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Exposure to cost accounting and variance analysis.
