POSITION SUMMARY Production Workers must be hard working and have a focus on quality control, deadlines, sanitation, safety and customer satisfaction. Our production team members must be self-starters, detailed-oriented, and able to work well with employees at all levels in the company. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to inventory control and ensuring that each production phase (prepping, filling, labeling, and packaging) is completed and free of errors. In addition, you must be able to setup, assemble and clean all equipment and machines in the production process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure each step of the production phase (prepping, filling, labeling, and packaging) is completed and free of errors. * Complete production reports with 100% accuracy. * Ensure that each step of the production phase receives a written approval before and after completion. * Ensure proper use, setup and cleanliness of machines, equipment and tools. * Ensure that assigned tasks are complete and produced within established time limits. * Accurately pick website and store orders. * Accurately package orders and prepare for shipping and processing. * Perform all other related duties as needed. SKILLS & ABILITIES * Ability to use good judgment and ensure product accuracy to include but not limited to using correct containers, lids, closures, labels and proper placements. * Ability to follow proper filling techniques for each product by hand and with machines. * Ability to follow proper packing techniques for each product including the printing and application of lot numbers and sell by dates using machines and by hand. * Ability to identify quality control issues including but not limited to products, containers, labels, and inserts. * Ability to adhere to a set work schedule. * Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about the setup, use, and cleaning procedures for our machines, tools, equipment and workspace. * Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about our skin care products. * Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. EXPERIENCE * 1 + years of production, assembly or machine experience a plus! * Knowledge of skin care products a plus!
