Position: Plant Engineer

Location: Hope, Arkansas area

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical)
• At least 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience Leading equipment installations, CAPEX projects, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, equipment design, and utility systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks CAD software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent Project Management (PMP certification a plus), communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Basic Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, startup, and commissioning of Manufacturing equipment and Production systems.
• Manage Capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and contractor coordination.
• Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities that enhance safety, quality, reliability, capacity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop equipment layouts, specifications, engineering documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and process optimization while ensuring regulatory and food safety compliance.
