JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop detailed process flowcharts based on product design requirements, including raw material preparation, processing steps, quality checkpoints, etc. Continuously optimize existing processes by introducing new technologies and methods to reduce production costs and improve efficiency. Evaluate the application potential of new processes and materials, conduct trial validations, and write process improvement reports. Perform daily equipment maintenance, handle breakdown repairs, and maintain facility infrastructure to ensure smooth daily production.
Prepare and maintain production process documents, work instructions, quality control standards, etc., to ensure standardized and traceable production operations. Regularly organize process training to enhance the skills of frontline operators and ensure the effective implementation of process standards.
Resolving technical issues, providing support, and ensuring stable production, while analyzing quality problems to develop and implement corrective actions that reduce defect rates.
Conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing products. Analyze and address defects when they occur. Manage 4M changes to ensure smooth production. Develop inspection procedure documents, inspection instructions, document management, and measuring tool management.
Track the latest industry trends, introduce and evaluate the application prospects of new technologies and processes.
Promote the application of management tools such as Lean Production and Six Sigma.
Strict Adherence: Strictly comply with company quality management system requirements, ensuring all process activities meet relevant standards such as ISO 9001.
Quality Audits: Regularly review process documents to ensure their accuracy and provide correct guidance for production.
Continuous Improvement: Establish a quality feedback mechanism and continuously optimize processes based on internal and external quality audit results.
