    Location: Near Conway, AR (On-site, relocation assistance provided)
    Compensation: $70,000–$87,000 base + 8% bonus + strong 401K
    match + relocation assistance

    manufacturing sector known for quality, scale, and a collaborative
    culture. As the company continues to invest in its workforce and
    facilities, it is seeking a talented Plant Human Resources Generalist
    to support a large, complex site and help drive employee
    engagement, compliance, and growth.

    The Opportunity
    This is a highly visible HR generalist position where you’ll partner
    closely with operations and leadership to ensure HR policies,
    programs, and practices are executed consistently and effectively.
    The role will give you a front-row seat to meaningful change
    initiatives, employee relations, and labor relations while supporting a
    diverse manufacturing workforce.

    You’ll work cross-functionally with corporate HR, operational
    leadership, and centers of excellence to build and sustain a high-
    performance culture rooted in safety, compliance, and employee
    satisfaction.

    What You’ll Do

    Employee & Labor Relations

    • Implement and administer employee relations and labor relations programs
    • Advise on policies, terminations, grievances, and performance improvement
    • Support a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture
    • Contribute to union relations initiatives (highly desired experience)
    • Program Delivery & HR Operations
    • Lead HR programs including EEO, diversity, turnover, retention, and compliance
    • Partner with other business support teams (Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, Legal)
    • Oversee or support HR projects and organizational development initiatives
    • Change Management & Culture Building
    • Foster collaboration, positive change, and continuous improvement
    • Participate in Lean initiatives and operational excellence projects
    • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree (completed or nearing completion)
    • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a medium-to-large manufacturing environment (350+ employees)
    • Union environment experience strongly preferred
    • Strong change management and team-oriented skills
    • Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement practices is a plus
    • Stable work history (no job-hoppers, please)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and may qualify for higher compensation
    • Ability to relocate to the Conway, AR area (relocation support provided)
