2. Responsible for onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of personnel.
3. Responsible for salary calculations.
4. Other tasks assigned by the factory manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above.
2. Preference for candidates living near the North Carolina factory.
3. Familiarity with human resource-related laws and policies in North Carolina.
4. At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
