    Monarch Landscape Management is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Plant Health Care Manager to lead our efforts in diagnosing, treating, and preventing landscape pest and disease issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in arboriculture, horticulture, or plant sciences who enjoys working outdoors, managing treatments, and educating clients and team members. Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess plant health across commercial landscapes • Identify pests, diseases, and environmental stressors affecting trees, shrubs, and turf • Recommend and administer appropriate treatments (chemical, cultural, or biological) • Maintain compliance with all local and state pesticide application regulations • Develop and maintain treatment schedules and service logs • Communicate plant health conditions and solutions with clients and internal teams • Train field staff on best practices in plant care and disease prevention • Manage PHC materials, equipment, and budget Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in plant health care, horticulture, or arboriculture • Texas Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain • Strong diagnostic skills for pest and disease identification • Experience with spraying and application equipment • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills • ISA Certification or Arborist background is a plus • Valid driver’s license with a clean record Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
