Responsibilities: • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and soil treatments following safety and environmental guidelines • Maintain and operate equipment, vehicles, and tools according to safety standards • Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed • Record services, treatments, and observations using company systems • Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly with clients Qualifications: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained • Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles • Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications • 1+ year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
