Responsibilities: • Operate, maintain, and transport spray equipment, trucks, and tools safely • Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed • Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and soil treatments following safety and environmental guidelines • Communicate treatment plans and recommendations professionally with clients Qualifications: • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons • Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles • ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications • ODA 6a Pesticide License preferred or willingness to obtain in 6 months Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
