Responsibilities: • Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings • Diagnose and treat plant and tree health issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies • Record services, treatments, and observations using company systems • Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed • Operate, maintain, and transport spray equipment, trucks, and tools safely Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Desire for a long-term role with training and advancement opportunities • Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical tasks • ODA 6a Pesticide License preferred or willingness to obtain in 6 months Compensation: $21 - $26 hourly
