Plant Manager

• Lead and implement the plant’s operations strategy to meet growth targets and company objectives

• Oversee facility performance with a strong customer-first focus across short- and long-term horizons

• Drive year-over-year improvements through defined local strategy and execution

• Ensure achievement of QHSE targets, maintaining a safe workplace aligned with the quality management system

• Manage and develop the supply chain in coordination with global strategy to reduce cost and complexity

• Ensure on-time delivery of products that meet customer requirements

• Use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, quality, delivery, and cost

• Build and sustain a high-performance, customer-focused culture through training and development

• Lead operations in a high-value, low-volume electromechanical manufacturing environment, including assembly and test

• Apply ERP/MRP, Lean, and process improvement expertise; project and supply chain management experience a plus
