Qualifications
- Must have a B.S./B.A. in Business Management (or related field)
- Must have eight to ten (8-10) years of progressively responsible management experience in the food processing industry, preferably in the frozen food industry/ready to eat facility
- Must demonstrate financial understanding to include budgeting, staffing and cost analysis
- Must have a proven track record of promoting and creating a safe work environment
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills/internal drive to succeed
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be able to evaluate supervision and employee issues fairly and objectively
- Must be able to manage/adjust quickly to a changing work environment to meet changing production needs
- Must have advanced problem solving, independent decision making and strong analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Operational programs
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
