Plant Manager
Do you want to lead a manufacturing operation where the work actually matters and your decisions have real impact?
If so, this opportunity is worth a conversation.
You’ll step into a highly visible leadership position where you have real ownership over a growing manufacturing operation. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” plant manager role. You’ll be shaping production strategy, improving systems, developing leaders, and driving results in a company that’s scaling quickly and doing work tied to critical, high-impact projects.
You’ll have:
True operational ownership across the entire facility
A chance to build, mentor, and elevate a leadership team
The ability to optimize systems and processes, not just maintain them
Exposure to complex, project-based manufacturing with real-world impact
A leadership team that values initiative, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
What you’ll be responsible for
This role leads the full production operation, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and team leadership.
You will:
Own and execute production planning, scheduling, and throughput across departments
Align manufacturing timelines with project delivery commitments
Manage and develop department leaders and foremen
Optimize capacity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
Identify and remove bottlenecks to keep production moving
Partner cross-functionally with project management and quality teams
Ensure consistent quality, safety, and operational discipline
Lead daily and weekly production rhythms, reporting, and performance tracking
Drive continuous improvement across systems, tools, and processes
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who can operate both strategically and tactically, and who knows how to lead from the floor, not just the office.
You likely have:
Experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or similar in manufacturing
Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
Experience leading supervisors or department-level leaders
A track record of hitting production goals and deadlines
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly
Experience with ERP systems for production planning
Nice to have:
Experience in steel fabrication or structural manufacturing
Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Work environment
This is a hands-on leadership role that splits time between the office and the production floor. Expect to be actively engaged with your team, walking the floor, solving problems in real time, and staying close to the work.
Benefits
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Company-paid and supplemental life insurance
Short-term disability coverage
401(k) with employer match
Paid time off and holidays
Additional voluntary benefits (accident, hospital, etc.)

This role is based full-time on-site in Everett, WA, with occasional travel to nearby facilities as needed.
