Plant Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 180k/year - Williamsburg, VA

• Our client manufactures for clients seeking a world-class machining, plating, and anodizing partner for safety critical parts. With almost 100 years in business, our client has evolved into a full-service machining and finishing provider globally. They serve several industries, however there is a focus geared towards the automotive industry.
  
• The Plant Manager will oversee 80+ employees across 3 shifts. The Plant Manager will have full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality, and product development.

Responsibilities:

• P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality, and product development.
  
• Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  
• Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  
• Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.
  
• Maintain and update process documentation.
  
• Participate in regular senior management meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required; preferably an Engineering Degree
  
• 5+ years of plant management/operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
  
• Strong environmental knowledge
  

Compensation:

• Base salary to 180k/year
  
• Discretionary Bonus based off company and individual performance
