    We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a growing plastics/chemical processing Tampa facility. This is a strong opportunity for an emerging leader ready to step into full site responsibility or expand beyond a functional leadership role. Relocation assistance provided. 

    What You’ll Do
    Lead daily operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping
    Drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and overall plant performance
    Manage KPIs, standard work, and accountability systems
    Identify and execute process improvements to increase yield and reduce downtime
    Support capital projects and operational initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability
    Develop and coach teams to build a strong, engaged, performance-driven culture

    Who This Role Is For
    Operations, Production, or Maintenance leaders ready to step into a Plant Manager–level role
    Leaders from plastics, chemical processing, or other continuous manufacturing environments
    Individuals who have led teams, owned metrics, and driven improvements but have not yet had full site ownership
    Hands-on leaders who want visibility, responsibility, and the ability to influence outcomes quickly

    What You Bring
    4–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
    Experience leading teams in production, maintenance, or operations
    Background in continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.)
    Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills
    Bachelor’s degree required
    Bilingual Spanish
