    Job Summary:

    As the Ecommerce Acquisition & Marketplaces Manager at Plant Therapy, you will be responsible for all of the revenue, marketing, and logistics involved in selling our products on 3rd party marketplaces including Amazon, Wal-Mart.com and a host of others. You’ll have deep experience in selling on Amazon and be an expert regarding the impact of photography, copy (SEO) and promotional activities on top-line sales. You’ll be analytical and strategic enough to view the business across multiple years/channels, and tactical enough to dive into the day-to-day activities required to maximize marketplace success for Plant Therapy.

    You will also own our marketing strategy across customer acquisition channels, with a focus on new customer acquisition and delivering measurable results. You should have hands-on experience in developing, planning, launching, and analyzing customer acquisition campaigns.

    Essential Functions:

    Develop and implement an account strategy to achieve revenue, operational and profitability goals

    Spearheading the department, manage online sales and marketing across multiple marketplaces, develop a cohesive marketing plan for short term and long term growth

    Develop detailed maintenance and improvement of listings on our various web marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and buyer experience online sales and customer interfacing

    Establish promotional strategies to drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns (Headline ads, lightning deals, etc) to increase revenue

    Monitor, analyze and report on all campaigns including weekly and monthly reports on critical metrics (you will help establish) and ROI.

    Connectivity with logistics performance and delivery KPIs to help ensure optimal product delivery performance.

    Build and maintain our brand and customer experience on all marketplaces through partnerships with the creative team.

    Work with the Supply Chain Manager on developing and maintaining FBA stock levels for both domestic and international markets.

    Build, maintain and evolve strong relationships with our marketplace and software partners.

    Grow existing partnerships through continuous analysis of account performance and identify new opportunities for revenue growth.

    Identify international growth opportunities and develop long and short term goals.

    Work with Merchandising, Buying and Marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.

    Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.

    Establish a by SKU product strategy on all marketplaces with A/B testing, analysis, and campaigns.

    Manage and utilize marketplaces, acquisition and BI team members to successfully execute channel strategies.

    Lead vision, strategy, and results for acquisition marketing - across all paid and organic online and offline marketing channels that drive new customers and increase revenue for our direct-to-consumer subscription business

    Deliver on revenue and marketing efficiency targets through thoughtful strategy and execution on paid marketing campaigns.

    Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates, and improvements to existing and future partnerships and campaigns.

    Manage the allocation and optimization of budgets to drive higher conversion volume and drive down acquisition costs.

    Discover and experiment with new platforms to drive growth and capture new audiences.

    Uncover new and creative opportunities to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through established and emerging relationships with channel partners, agencies, and existing networks.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree

    2 years’ experience meeting/exceeding revenue goals on 3rd party marketplaces

    3 years’ experience in the digital marketing field, PPC/SEO background highly valued

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to be deep in the data and to distill executive-level insights

    Expert in both Vendor Central and Seller Central

    2 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on acquisition channels

    Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities

    You’re willing to ask intelligent questions, challenge status-quo, and collaborate like its second nature.

    Ability to effectively set priorities and manage a team to a successful outcome

    Preferred Qualifications:

    B2C e-commerce background

    Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other web metrics platforms

    Familiarity with essential oils and natural/organic products

    Management experience
