  • Responsibilities

    Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

    Greeting members

    Monitor front desk

    Managing inbound and outbound calls

    Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence

    Transferring calls as necessary

    Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

    Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing

    Coordinating internal and external events

    Managing office inventory such as stationery and equipment

    Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

    In addition:

    Performs administrative and marketing support tasks, which includes but is not limited to:

    Inputting dining reservations

    Assisting as hostess when needed

    Assisting with member events (collecting RSVPS, event prep, event execution, event clean up, etc.)

    Assisting with creating and distributing member communications

    Compile information for and assemble newsletters

    Assist with managing graphic templates and using as appropriate

    Receptionist Qualifications

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    High level of professionalism and courtesy

    Excellent time-management skills

    Works well with others and can multitask

    Proficient in Microsoft Office software

    Great attention to detail
