Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
• Compile and present data for other departments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in market research or other related fields

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work well in teams

• Experience managing paid marketing campaigns in social media

• Experience managing a content calendar.

• Experience writing, producing and editing engaging digital content while ensuring strategically appropriate messaging, accuracy, grammatical correctness, spelling, punctuation.

• Experience using creative software (Examples: Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Spark, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).

• Knowledge of and experience with social media monitoring and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native reporting within social platforms.
