Qualifications  
 Skills & experience that are necessary as our Plastics Operator II will include, but not limited to:
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Must have a flexible work schedule with some mandatory weekends and overtime.
- Must have the ability to document and understand written sentences in work related documentations.
- Communication skills, appropriately communicate with operation personnel, coworkers, and management.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining plastic molding machinery, particularly blow molders (Sidel, Husky, Krones).
- Demonstrated experience in performing tool changes and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and ability to maintain accurate production records.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and lean manufacturing principles.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead others when necessary.
 Qualifications
One to two years of related experience in plastics manufacturing or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification in plastics technology is a plus.
 Compensation: $19.50 an hour - Includes a .50 differential
