Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior scientists to perform all aspects of plant cell culture and transformation
• Employ exceptional sterile techniques and proficiency in working within a laminar flow hood
• Maintain impeccable laboratory practices and database tracking for all projects
• Effectively communicate research progress and results to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in plant cell culture and transformation, preferably with soybean or related species
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute project tasks independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
