The Payroll & Benefit Specialist supports the HR department with payroll and benefit administration, payroll processing, project support, employee communications. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist with developing and administering employee medical and ancillary benefit plans.
• Process multi-state payroll across multiple companies.
• Respond to a variety of employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
• Collect & maintain accurate and detailed benefit and payroll records and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.
• Be a self-starter who can solve problems, prioritize, and take responsibility for positive employee experiences.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• 2+ years professional experience in Payroll and Benefits
• General office experience including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), phone and email correspondence, detail oriented.
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
