Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Platform Operations Associate primarily responsible for the on-platform execution of VOD content under the Telemundo network, as well as other NBCUniversal brands. We’re looking for a calm, detail-oriented team member who can manage a large digital library in a fast-changing industry while also providing versatile support to the team. The Platform Operations team is tasked with ensuring the readiness of the streaming library by managing the artwork, metadata, and related assets that power it. This includes alternative and custom assets used in audience segmentation and multi-variant testing. It’s a 24/7 operation responsible for updating content based on performance, strategy, and events unfolding in real time.
We work in coordination with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams in addition to other stakeholders. Therefore, this role will be involved in product enhancements, metadata optimization, and feature expansions that keep Peacock evolving and current in the streaming landscape.
