ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Operations Specialist role is responsible for ensuring that our products are being delivered to customers in a way that maximizes value. Specific areas of execution for the Product Operations specialist role include: release management, guiding technical documentation, identifying KPIs for health metric monitoring and supporting operational processes. 

In your job, you will facilitate the development of operational processes, key performance indicators, artifacts and communication channels to optimize the quality and value creation of our product delivery process across multiple departments and disciplines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Employ a systematic method for collecting, analyzing, and leveraging information
• Experience iterating on processes and policies for effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop, apply, and oversee operational processes
• Support cross-functional ProdOps team so all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Coordinate customer needs with both internal and external teams
• Perform quality controls. Monitor and evaluate product metrics, tracking existing and establishing tracking for newly relevant KPIs 
• Identify and optimize complex technical and business processes spanning multiple departments
• Support internal team performance metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Aptitude in operations, product management or technical support; SaaS experience preferred
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and process ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Direct experience within the product development process
• Leadership ability
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Analytical mindset and data driven approach
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Minimal travel requirements
