    Responsibilities:

    Proactively create and implement an effective schedule

    Demonstrate and train your team on effective case acceptance when presenting financial arrangements to patients

    Possess strong knowledge of insurance practices to ensure patients maximize their benefits

    Utilize DOMO to track team numbers and set goals

    Minimize patient balances by effectively managing expectations and optimizing insurance utilization

    Organize team members to ensure smooth patient flow and office operations

    Skills:

    Ability to consistently secure patient agreement in treatment presentation and appointment setting

    Demonstrated experience in scaling up office production

    Comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance practices

    Proficiency in setting goals and holding both yourself and your team accountable

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Meticulous attention to detail

    Strong organizational abilities and reliability

    Compensation:

    Compensation for the Assistant Office Manager role ranges from $20 to $23 per hour.
