  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and design PowerPoint presentations
    • Must be able to follow style guide to ensure brand compliance in all designs
    • Ensure that the company's brand image is properly reflected and consistent in all communications
    • Constantly update and distribute company materials
    • Create promotional materials in order to elevate the company's brand awareness
    • Manage and update the website
    • Create and manage all social media marketing
    • Conduct market research: analyze and evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor activity
    • Execute daily administrative tasks and develop solutions to streamline existing processes
    • Monitor production timetables related to new business and company materials
    • Assure that proprietary and other sensitive information is handled with utmost confidentiality
    • Assist CEO in communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
    • Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism
    • Assist in development and launch of new markets

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability and desire to handle all above responsibilities with excellence
    • Belief in our vision of helping children and providing excellent service to our customers
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills required both on the phone and email
    • College degree
    • Minimum 3-years' relevant experience
    • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ethical business standards and beliefs

    THE FOLLOWING ARE SKILLS THAT WOULD BE AN ASSET, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

    • Media marketing analysis and internet research skills
    • Experience in online marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Google Ad/Analytics or Facebook Ad certification
    • Experience in videography and/or photography
    • Marketing experience in the Food and Beverage industry
