    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with Auto Warranty skills to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues on their policies along with answering a high volume of calls. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, rebuttal, and resolve cancellation request to ensure customer retains the policy
    • Provide information about the products and services as needed
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, update customer accounts and note all changes
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services throughout all policies we carry

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service within Auto Warranty industry
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player
    • Quick learner
    • Reliable & Responsible

    Hours are 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday within the office

    (working remotely at this time is not an option due to the high volume of calls and training needed for this position)
