Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively • Great communication and social skills • New York State Real Estate License (or in the process of getting licensed) • Desire to learn and grow as a real estate professional • Enterprising drive and motivation to master the industry • Ability to represent the Platinum brand in your community • Ability to guide clients through the selling, buying, or renting process • Ability to nurture leads and convert clients and closings • Ability to build and form meaningful connections with a diverse set of clientele • Show good organizational and time management skills • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Team player and a desire to help build the company Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 per year
