This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience. As an Independent Contractor, compensation is transaction-based and 100% Commission. Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Great communication and social skills • New York State Real Estate License (or in the process of getting licensed) • Desire to learn and grow as a real estate professional • Enterprising drive and motivation to master the industry • Ability to represent the Platinum brand in your community • Ability to guide clients through the selling, buying, or renting process • Ability to nurture leads and convert clients and closings • Ability to build and form meaningful connections with a diverse set of clientele • Show good organizational and time management skills • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Team player and a desire to help build the company Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 per year
