Within weeks, I had my first deal and now I am well on my way to exceeding my goals. - Lorenzo Belpassi Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consult with renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers to hone in on their property wants and needs and close the deal • With support from management, oversee the entire home search or sale process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • New York State Real Estate License (or in the process of getting licensed) • Desire to learn and grow as a real estate professional • Enterprising drive and motivation to master the industry • Ability to represent the Platinum Properties brand in your community • Ability to guide clients through the selling, buying, or renting process • Ability to nurture leads and convert clients and closings • Ability to build form meaningful connections with a diverse set of clientele • Show good organizational and time management skills • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job • Team player and a desire to help build the company Compensation: $100,000
