RECRUITER NEEDED FOR PART-TIME A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH OUR CLIENT IN IRVINE, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate would be a dynamic and energetic individual with an understanding of business technologies, business environments and the personnel required to manage the technologies and businesses.

• Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for openings with client.
• Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on company process.
• Update and track candidates in accordance with client's standards.
• Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to client via phone, email or web.
• Establish relationships with consultants / contractors in specified region(s) or with specified clients.
• Track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high priority situations.
• Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
• Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions.
• Track / communicate new technology trends.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goal expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years' experience in a full cycle recruiting capacity with extensive experience recruiting for technical positions.
• Able to comprehend IT skill requirements and can discern candidate ability and fit to the skills and position.
• Capable of building relationships and trust with candidates.
• Comfortable searching and updating in-house database as well as using online recruiting search tools.
• High-energy, drive, and motivation.
• Persistence and the ability to creatively solve problems.
• Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
