HR SPECIALIST FOR ACQUISITIONS
Location: Santa Ana, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management and drafting of offer letters, short-term letters, severance agreements, separation letters.
- Management and completion of data and change requests.
- Project management experience.
- Task management experience.
- Working with payroll for processing of final pay and severance pay.
- Tracking of changes, process maps.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail Oriented.
- Excellent Planner.
- Microsoft Suites Experience.
- Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Index Match.
- Word, Mail Merge, Track Changes.
- Ability to work independently in addition to working in team settings.
- Ability to adapt and search out for answers.
- Self-Starter / Go-Getter.
- Experience with auditing and legal documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quick turnaround time required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required.
- Nights and weekends may be required during certain periods of time.
