VEEVA TECHNICAL ADMIN NEEDED FOR A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH OUR CLIENT IN ALISO VIEJO, CA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Veeva Administrator is responsible for serving as the company's primary day-to-day administrator for Veeva.
- Responsible for User Account Management.
- Provide training support for Veeva changes or enhancements.
- Ensure all procedures and work instructions related to Veeva remain current.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience as a Veeva Admin Pharmaceutical environment or equivalent.
- Certified in Veeva CRM or Salesforce.com.
- Experience with Engage, Approved email, CLM, Myinsights and Events. Align is a plus.
- Experience supporting commercial operations such as alignments, IC, quarterly process.
- Experience with validation rules, page layouts, Apex, point and click config vs coding, QA/QC, Business requirements, business analysis work in the past.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to communicate within the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a special focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
