HELP DESK
Location: Irvine, CA
Long term contract, will start remote, and eventually move back to the office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides technical support for IT operations and users of technology at the corporate and property level.
- Supports corporate office and multiple properties.
- Provides support to users of technology with a focus on delivering superb customer service, following up with other departments as needed to ensure that all support issues are adequately addressed in a timely manner.
- Fulfills IT support requests, troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
- Support requests include setting up user access to printers, configuring email, network connectivity, and trying to help resolve basic applications, infrastructure, and mobile device-related issues.
- Support IT operations by helping to repair and replace damaged hardware, identifying and resolving network issues, and troubleshooting issues with teleconferencing equipment.
- Responsible for Networking and WIFI support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience in network and computer hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Experience with Cisco and WIFI preferred.
- Solid verbal and written skills, appropriate for a customer-facing role.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, track, and resolve multiple concurrent support requests in a time-efficient manner.
