TRAINING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST NEEDED FOR A 100% REMOTE CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute training to stakeholders and users of our Integrated Risk Platform (IRP) system for enterprise risk management.
• Develop training and communications process for IRP changes and measure effectiveness.
• Measure system adoption by stakeholders
• Partner with IRP project team and system team to create training and communication materials.
• Prepare and perform training to end users of the system to drive user adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years' experience in professional training role.
• Experience with RSA Archer or GRC system is a plus.
• MS Office Proficient with Office 365, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to lead and drive effective training.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and deliver system training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with risk management preferred.
• Experience with different media for communications and training in classroom, online, video, intranet announcements, and emails.
• Able to develop a comprehensive communication calendar, and author / edit messaging to support incremental rollout of the system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must be technology savvy.
