JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and establish a comprehensive sales structure and process.
- Set clear sales expectations, goals, and targets for the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue generation and meet objectives.
- Create and implement effective sales training programs for the sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure their success.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in setting up and leading successful sales structures and teams.
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
