Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, Operations, or related field from recognized institution(s) of excellence.
- 3+ years related experience in commissions, financial analysis, and operational reporting, preferably including heavy analytical work with complex incentive plans.
- Solid analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized and methodical with the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to deal with emotional charged compensation issues and challenges at all organizational levels.
- Patient, good listener, and strong business partnering skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfort creating analysis and information for management.
- Strong business sense with an eye to detail particularly related to sales compensation commission / incentive compensation impacts.
- Understanding of business needs and the willingness and ability to be available after hours as needed during busy commission cycles and to meet tight payroll deadlines.
- Flexible and openness to new ideas and changes to comp plans and having the insights to recognize challenges and / or opportunities in order to address them ahead of time.
- Willingness to accept new challenges, being curious about how things work, and finding solutions to potential issues.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, multi-task and manage competing priorities with multiple deadlines, and a willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done.
- Must demonstrate high energy, initiative, and creativity.
