CUSTOMER SERVICE / BUSINESS SERVICE SPECIALIST - I
This position is onsite in the office Monday to Friday where masks are required and social distancing is being practiced.
- Seeking Customer Service or Administrative Assistant experience.
- Must be comfortable working on the computer, looking up and entering information, and responding to customers via email.
- Responsible for mailing documents to external customers and to internal colleagues who support the business.
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond to all types of types of incoming questions ensuring that these requests are completed accurately.
- Be able to meet department standards for productivity, quality, timelines and customer service.
- Documentation must be thorough and accurate.
- Have strong both written and verbal communication skills in order to deal with a variety of peoples, preferable in the financial services profession.
QUALIFICATIONS
