WE ARE SEEKING AN ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR TEAM! Looking for someone that is highly motivated and works well with others. You will be helping us source for new hires while at the same time retaining existing ones. We are a Minority owned Placement Firm that has been in business for over 20 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees • Onboarding of new and maintaining of existing employees • Placing 50-100 outbound calls a day • Provide management with requested reports and documents • Learn and use Applicate tracking software QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous Experience with Outbound and Inbound Calls preferred (not necessary) • Ability to build rapport with all employees • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly Motivated

HOURS-FULL TIME- MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM WAGE- HOURLY PAY + COMMISSION
