Job Description

• Contractor and supplier management 
• Monitor expenses and budget in. line with the finance department 
• Relationship management with banks, suppliers, and consultants ( law firms, auditors) 
• Execute the billing and payment process with our different suppliers alongside the accounting deparment 
• Prepare, present, and fulfill information requirements for government entities. 
• Provide information on financial and fudgetary matters, monitor the availability of funds 
• Find budgeting options for any purchase or expense that requires the functionality of the company 
• Guarantee the timely delivery of merchandising, gifts, recording kits , and other items necessary for the team to function. 
• Will be working directly with the Ops team as well as with the COO

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Public Accounting or Similar will be a plus
• Knowledge of Startup Management in Delaware, California and New York
• Bilingual ( English and Spanish) will be a plus
• Experience in managing suppliers and external consultants. 
• Accounting knowledge in the US ( Taxes, bank management, among others).
• Knowledge of business management in the US
