About the Role:
We’re looking for a joyful and caring Play Assistant who loves helping children grow through play and connection. In this role, you’ll support our daily routines, create positive interactions, and help maintain a safe and clean learning environment. If you're energetic, compassionate, and love seeing children light up with discovery—this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with a team to meet the needs of each child.
Engage children through reading, singing, and playful activities.
Support a safe and secure classroom environment.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
Communicate with families through our parent app.
Take part in ongoing trainings and professional development.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Ability to pass a state and federal background check
A big heart and high energy—especially around kids!
A team-player attitude and strong attention to detail
A love for learning and growing in the field of early childhood education
