Play Associate at Children's Play Space Join a fun and rewarding environment. We are a boutique indoor educational and play space for kids and their caretakers. We are seeking a self-motivated person with strong customer service and a team-player attitude. This position will be responsible for delivering a great guest experience for open play, hosting birthday parties, and executing events. • We're looking for both week and weekend availability. • Shifts generally no more than 4 hours Responsibilities: • Must be able to do physical work, cleaning up toys, and setting up party themes • Greet customers upon arrival and check them in • Ensure guest needs are met while in the space • Monitor children playing to be sure safety signs are being followed • Cleaning (light and some deep cleaning - tidying toys, cleaning toys, completing closing checklist) • Host birthday parties • Willingness and ability to engage with guests (parents and children) who are in our space • Assist with inventory management • Assist with party execution • Must be at least 17 years old Qualifications: • Customer service experience • Proficient in the computer • Experience with Canva • Is a team player • Enjoys working with the public • Excellent communication and social skills • Self-motivated with w/the ability to multi-task • Clearances or willingness to obtain clearances Compensation: $11 - $14 hourly based on experience
