    Are you someone who loves to organize chaos and loves working with a team of people? We are looking for a dynamic and talented Executive Assistant to a CEO who is needed to provide comprehensive support across our diverse business ventures, which include real estate team sales, coaching company, events, and different business collaborations. This position is designed for a proactive, highly organized individual who is proficient at handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting marking and sales operations, multiple events, and leading a team of virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt to a vibrant and fast-paced business setting and contribute to the effective management of our extensive portfolio of services. Responsibilities: Administrative Assistance: • Coordinate schedules, calendars, and project tasks to maintain peak organizational effectiveness • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare materials for presentations and meetings • Carry out business and personal errands to facilitate the smooth running of operations • Manage daily emails and voice messages for the CEO Team Project Event Coordinator: • Manage deadlines and projects with all initiatives • Facilitates weekly team meetings to go over projects and hold 1 on 1 meetings with every member • Ability to provide necessary training for team members to ensure proper tools are being utilized • Evaluates team members on a regular basis and is responsible for disciplinary action and performance improvement activities • Track reports for various companies and employee metrics • Plans and executes events with careful attention to financial and time constraints, ensuring efficient use of resources • Conduct thorough research to identify and select locations, and vendors, balancing quality and cost • Manage all event operations, including venue preparations, logistics, and team coordination • Oversee event happenings and promptly address any issues or challenges that arise during the event • Evaluate the success of each event, collect feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for review. • Conduct final checks on the day of the event, ensuring all arrangements meet the established standards, such as table settings and technology setup • Ability to build teams and get volunteers for events and special projects Qualifications: • At least 3 years of proven administrative experience with demonstrated excellence in past roles • Ability to type 50+WPM or transcribe quickly and accurately • Thrives when leading, delegating, and organizing all things operations with meticulous attention to details • Able to execute routine tasks, but with a high tolerance for change • Ability to manage highly stressful situations with professionalism and compassion • Exceptionally organized with a mind for operations and coordinating • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities, dates, people, events, etc. • Excellent planning and coordinating skills • Knowledge of marketing principles and experience with sales tasks • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
