About the Position

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and hardworking Team Member to join our Playa Bowls team! This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail are extremely important.

As a Team Member, you will help create a great experience for our customers while preparing delicious acai bowls, smoothies, and other menu items. You’ll work alongside the team to keep orders moving quickly and make sure the restaurant stays clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, upbeat customer service

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to Playa Bowls standards

Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety guidelines

Operate the register/POS system and handle customer transactions

Keep the restaurant, workstations, counters, equipment, and dining area clean

Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed

Help with opening and closing duties

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy

Communicate and work well with other team members

Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness procedures

Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
