We are looking for a college intern who can perform IT and QA-related functions:
Provide support to a community of thousands of fantasy football fans on our app
Assess nature of support tickets whether they be routed to marketing department or to the web, iPhone or Android developers
This internship will teach you the following:
How to work with software tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Trello
How to perform testing across our FANTASY FOOTBALL APP ON IOS and ANDROID as well as troubleshoot APIs, etc.
How to communicate/engage/market to different types of users
Help manage our social media accounts
