We are looking for a college intern who can perform IT and QA-related functions:

• Provide support to a community of thousands of fantasy football fans on our app

• Assess nature of support tickets whether they be routed to marketing department or to the web, iPhone or Android developers

This internship will teach you the following:

• How to work with software tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Trello

• How to perform testing across our FANTASY FOOTBALL APP ON IOS and ANDROID as well as troubleshoot APIs, etc.

• How to communicate/engage/market to different types of users

• Help manage our social media accounts

This is a great opportunity for:

• Only working 2-3 hours on weekdays

This is an unpaid internship but brings high credentials to one's resume. We provide great training and excellent references to our interns.
