We are seeking Temporary Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls for an Unemployment Claim Filing Hotline. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving information as it becomes available
