Job Overview:

Pliskin Realty Management, LLC is looking for a hardworking and friendly Commercial Grounds Maintenance Worker to take care of 9-10 properties. This job is perfect for someone who likes to work independently and gets things done efficiently.

Hours: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Little overtime and weekend work)

Salary: $22 per hour + monthly phone reimbursement

Your Responsibilities:

Do all kinds of landscaping work.

In the fall, clean gutters and clear leaves from the property and stairways.

Remove snow and put salt on properties and paths.

Empty trash bins three times a week.

Keep common areas and stairwells clean, and tell the property manager if there’s any unwanted furniture or dangerous stuff left behind.

Make sure the property is clean, including power washing it twice a year.

Paint when needed.

Small repairs like changing light bulbs and ceiling tiles.

What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 2 years of general maintenance work.

It’s good if you know some basic carpentry.

You should know how to use and take care of power tools safely.

You need a valid driver's license (we’ll give you a company van).
