Plot Property Group is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent for all property acquisitions. The candidate MUST be licensed in Las Vegas and will be responsible for submitting offers, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful acquisitions to support our redevelopment and wholesaling efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a commitment to achieving the company's investment goals. Responsibilities: • Act as the buyer's agent for Plot Property Group, representing the company in all property acquisitions. • Submit offers on behalf of the company to acquire properties for redevelopment and wholesale. • Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms. • Conduct property research and market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities. • Maintain a detailed database of properties, offers, and ongoing negotiations. • Collaborate with the internal team to evaluate and analyze properties for investment potential. • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: • Real estate license required in Las Vegas/Clark County • Proven experience as a buyer's agent or in a similar real estate role. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms for property acquisitions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sellers and agents. • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and regulations. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and real estate databases. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $107,500 at plan earnings
