This dual-role position requires expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as proficiency in handling various administrative tasks, including booking travel, scheduling utilities, and running errands. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Schedule and coordinate utility services for properties, including setup and disconnection. • Run errands as needed, including purchasing office supplies, property inspections, and other administrative tasks. • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. • Provide personal administrative including managing personal schedules and appointments. • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and tax documentation. Qualifications: • Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in the real estate industry. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
